Insurance Policy

Declared value is a special transaction that applies to items where the senders wish to ensure the content against the risks of loss (except in cases of force majeure), deterioration, or damage. EXXPRESS ensures its customers' shipments free of charge up to a maximum of 500 Dhs. For packages whose value exceeds this amount, EXXPRESS secures the sent parcels at a price of 2% of the value of the items sent, not taking into account the first 500 Dhs of the parcel value. The declared value must match the actual value of the shipment and it is insured accordingly. Declaring a value greater than the actual value of the shipment is a crime punishable by law. The value of the parcels to be secured is declared in the payment stages of the delivery process, and the total amount includes the amount of the guarantee for the value of the shipped goods. .
